According to the application for membership if I buy a $150 membership for ten years I get a wristband to the festival every year. That is like $15 per year for a wristband when I was buying a Friend of the Blues Package it cost me more for one year.

That is only an entry wristband. FOB is going to be a larger donation. Remember we are wristbanding the fest this year.
